I love coming here. I have been here several times after my partner insisted it was time for hair education. As a mixed woman, my hair texture is something I struggled to maintain and understand. I came to see Leah and all that changed. She shaped and styled my hair, explaining how some of the products I had been using may not be good for my hair and helped me with selecting new products. I knew going in it would be time for a chop but I am in love with my hair. It's been growing healthy, is shiny and soft again. Every time I come here, I am greeted warmly, the conversation is great, and the techs take wonderful care - offering drinks and snacks. They take their time to explain and answer any concern or question I have. The salon is clean, decorated smartly and is always a great experience. Thanks to you, I love my hair again.

I had an amazing experience at Diaspora’s new Hampden location and can’t wait to go back. I had my first ever Wash & Go service done by Andie, who is the sweetest. The whole visit start to finish was such a vibe!! Easy, free parking… it smelled amazing in the salon… beautiful plants and holiday decor and Christmas music playing. There were also snacks, delicious mimosa and WARM aromatherapy towels for my neck during the whole service!? I felt so relaxed & pampered. Although my silk press (from another salon) gave me a little heat damage, the detox had my curls melting like butter and the final look is amazing, I’m obsessed! I also left with instructions on how to care and refresh it at home. I will be back very soon for my next service!!

This is the best salon for naturally curly/kinky/coily hair. Leah, Ashley, and Andi have been very supportive after I chopped my hair, and Leah's advice has gotten me to a much stronger head of multi-textured Black hair. 11/10; this is my new salon home.

The atmosphere is so relaxing and enjoyable. I have been there twice and it is just a peaceful place to be. The stylist are very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer your questions. My stylist Yasmine does excellent color. Thank you for the experience.
